BLVD ("BLVD," "we," "us") provides the BLVD Field application to our employees and authorized contractors ("you") to perform utility-locating and field-services work. This policy explains what the app collects, why, who we share it with, and your choices. BLVD Field is a workforce application — it is not intended for the general public and is not directed to children.

BLVD Field collects your precise location and shares it with BLVD. While you are signed in and on the clock, your location is used for dispatch, routing, on-site verification, and crew safety, and is visible to authorized BLVD management. You will be asked to consent before location sharing is enabled, and iOS will show the system location indicator while it is active.
You control the operating-system location permission at any time in your device Settings. If you disable location, certain features — nearest-job routing, on-site check-in verification, and safety awareness — will not function. Location is collected only while the app is in use unless you are actively checked in to a job and background collection is required for that job's duration; it is not collected when you are signed out.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the service:
We retain work records (jobs, photos, reports) for as long as needed for our services, legal, and contractual obligations. Location records are retained only as long as needed for the operational and safety purposes above and are then deleted or aggregated. Account records are retained for the duration of your engagement with BLVD and as required afterward.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and server-side session management. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
BLVD Field is a workforce tool intended for adults employed or engaged by BLVD. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this policy. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
